2. Booking Process & Confirmation
Accuracy of Information: When placing a booking, you must provide accurate details including passenger name, contact phone number, pick-up address, destination, and travel date/time. taxifortravelling.org is not responsible for delayed or failed bookings resulting from incorrect details provided by the user.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing your booking ID and trip details.
Vehicle Allocation: While we strive to provide the exact vehicle model selected, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle with an equivalent or higher category if the selected model is unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Fares, Rates & Payment Terms
Fare Structure: Quoted fares include basic transport costs and driver fees. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fares may exclude highway tolls, state entry taxes, parking fees, and night allowances. Any additional expenses incurred during the journey must be paid directly by the passenger.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made online via credit/debit cards, net banking, supported digital wallets, or via cash directly to the driver upon completion of the trip.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to the pick-up time, or if the passenger fails to show up (“No-Show”) within 30 minutes of the agreed pick-up time without prior notice, will be charged the full trip fare.

To ensure a safe and comfortable ride for everyone, passengers must adhere to the following guidelines:
Punctuality: Passengers should be ready at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time.
Luggage Limits: Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits comfortably within the vehicle’s standard boot capacity. Carrying hazardous, illegal, or contraband items is strictly prohibited.
Behavior in Vehicle: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden. Passengers will be held financially liable for any physical damage, staining, or deep cleaning required due to misconduct.
